Valerie Wright

Valerie Wright has extensive experience in IT project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Lead IT Project Manager and Center of Excellence Project Manager at Mercer since January 2002. Key achievements include leading the development of an improved PMO methodology and managing the technology project for a self-service health benefit portal targeting small market businesses. Prior roles at Mercer encompassed Program Manager for IT Operations, where Valerie oversaw programs and process improvements for the Global IT organization. As IT Quality Assurance Director, responsibilities involved establishing the quality assurance strategy for US Benefits Administration. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President for IT Quality Assurance at Putnam Investments from November 1993 to January 2002. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a concentration in Law from Framingham State University.
