Abrar Sayem

Abrar Sayem has diverse work experience in various industries. Abrar is the Founder & CEO of Merchant Bay Ltd., an e-supply chain platform for the fashion industry. Abrar is also the President of BAYLA, a research-driven organization in the Bangladesh apparel industry, and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Market Development at Brand BGMEA.

Abrar Sayem has played a crucial role as Director in Sayem Group, specifically in Sayem Fashions Ltd. and Radiant Sweaters Ltd., focusing on business development and marketing affairs. Abrar has also served as the National Vice President of JCI Bangladesh and the President of JCI Dhaka Uptown.

Additionally, Abrar Sayem has experience as the Managing Director of 22 Digitals, an internet company developing apps and IT solutions. Abrar has also worked as the Managing Director of Plaire Lifestyle, responsible for managing the fashion business and directing the design and creative team.

Abrar Sayem completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at North South University from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's of International Business at Macquarie University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained the certification in Master of International Business.
