Robert Schimmel

Robert Schimmel, MBA has a strong background in finance and investment banking. Robert is currently working as the Managing Director at Merchant Investment Management, a private partnership specializing in providing growth capital and strategic opportunities to independent financial services companies. Prior to this, Robert worked at LPL Financial as part of the LPL Capital Partners team, where they provided equity and debt capital solutions to advisor practices. Robert also has experience as a Principal at Noble Four Partners, where they managed investment analysis, underwriting approvals, and transaction structuring. Robert founded SearchPoint Ventures, an advisory firm that focused on capital structure analysis, financial modeling, and early-stage investment capital formation. Robert also had internships at Lazard and worked as an Analyst at Berenson & Company and Deutsche Bank, where they gained experience in M&A, valuation, and leveraged finance. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in strategic analysis, deal structuring, and business development.

Robert Schimmel, MBA completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis at Princeton University from 2002 to 2006. Robert then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance, General from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2010 and 2012.
