Currently serving as the National Technology Finance Head and Western Cape Head of Lending at Merchant West since November 2022, Shane previously held key roles at InnoVent Rental & Asset Management Solutions, including Head of Sales and General Manager for Qrent, where strategic leadership was provided to drive business growth. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Commercial Vehicle Finance at WesBank Corporate Finance and various managerial positions at RentWorks Africa. Shane holds a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation from Wits Business School and multiple degrees in Business Management, showcasing a strong academic foundation complemented by a proven track record in driving profitable business initiatives.
