Richard Dudek, CISSP, is a seasoned information security professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer at MerchantE since July 2019, Richard previously held the position of CEO and Co-Founder at CoeDek LLC, where Richard specialized in cyber and data analytics, focusing on adaptive methodologies for intrusion detection systems and cloud migration projects. Richard's extensive experience includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Technology Services at The Ambit Group, where responsibilities included managing technical teams and overseeing contract processes, and Senior Technical Program Manager at the USDA, where operational and maintenance costs were significantly reduced. Richard's career began with foundational roles in systems development and information technology consulting, contributing to various modernization efforts across significant organizations, including the FCC and DynCorp International. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
