Becca Harmon Murphy

Becca Harmon Murphy has extensive experience in the mortgage and affordable lending sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Affordable Lending at Merchants Bank of Indiana since June 2017. Prior roles include Assistant Director at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), where Becca managed business development strategies and mortgage sales staff from December 2010 to June 2016. Additionally, while at INHP, Becca also oversaw the EcoHouse Project, implementing energy efficiency retrofits for low and moderate-income homeowners. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Emerging Markets at National City Mortgage, where responsibilities included training sales staff and developing marketing strategies, as well as holding the position of Single Family Director at INHP, managing various programs and fostering community relationships. Becca's career began in underwriting at INB/NBD from 1986 to 1994, specializing in credit risk assessments. Education includes a background in Liberal Arts from 1976 to 1978.
