Msl Marquisha Bridgeman

Marquisha Bridgeman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marquisha currently holds the role of Vice President, Community & Business Banking Partnerships at Merchants Bank of Indiana since 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Community Relations Manager at STAR Financial Bank, where they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and communication efforts.

Before that, Marquisha worked as the Senior Director, Community Engagement at The Mind Trust from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they successfully planned and implemented various training and educational events, leading to organizational change and business development.

From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Marketing & Communications Director - Goodwill Education Initiatives at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. Marquisha demonstrated their strategic thinking and project management skills to enhance marketing success and expand community initiatives.

Marquisha also served as the Marketing & Communications Manager at American Teleservices Association from 2009 to 2011, where they led the development and execution of branding and messaging for national conferences.

Marquisha began their career in the public sector, working for the City of Indianapolis. Marquisha served as the Community & Faith-based Outreach Coordinator from 2005 to 2007 and as the Charter Schools Special Assistant in the Mayor's Office from 2003 to 2005. In both roles, they played a key role in community engagement and communication efforts.

Marquisha Bridgeman, MSL pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership & Organizational Design from the University of Indianapolis from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Human Resources Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
