Tim Brennan

Tim Brennan has extensive experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Tim started their career at HSBC in 1997, where they held various roles including Account Executive and Relief Branch Manager, Underwriter, Unit Manager Underwriting, and Regional Director of Lending. Tim then joined Ace Mortgage Funding as a Loan Operations Processing Manager before moving to Aurora Bank FSB as a Vice President in Customer Relationship Management and Special Servicing. Tim managed a dynamic call center operation, established communication processes, and monitored and managed loan programs. Tim also worked as a Vice President at Nationstar Mortgage and NextGear Capital, where they held leadership roles in mortgage servicing and commercial lending, respectively. Tim currently serves as the Vice President of Default Mortgage Servicing at Merchants Bank of Indiana.

Tim Brennan attended Streamwood High School from 1986 to 1990. Following high school, they pursued higher education at Northern Illinois University from 1990 to 1994. No degree or field of study is mentioned for either educational institution.
