Annemarie Murphy

Ms. Murphy is Vice President of Acquisitions at Merchants Capital, where she is responsible for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing low-income housing tax credit investments. Prior to joining Merchants Capital, Ms. Murphy was Vice President of Acquisitions at Boston Financial responsible for managing developer relationships and partnership negotiations for some of the country’s top affordable housing sponsors. Annemarie joined BFIM from the legacy Boston Capital where she spent 13 years on the acquisitions and asset management teams. Annemarie has an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.
