Brian Shelbourne

Mr. Shelbourne serves as Vice President and has been with the Originations team since 2018. He is responsible for expanding the multifamily lending platform and has direct experience in a wide variety of multifamily programs available at Merchants Capital, specifically FHA, RHS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Merchants Bank balance sheet lending. Mr. Shelbourne is a graduate of Wabash College and earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
