Jack Hughes

Mr. Hughes is an analyst in the Capital Markets group responsible for gathering and reviewing due diligence for investment assets, creating financial models, and investor reporting. He joined Merchants in 2018 as a Business Analyst for Merchants Bank of Indiana. Prior to joining the Capital Markets group, he worked in the Investment Real Estate division as a credit analyst underwriting Multifamily and Skilled Nursing Facility transactions. Mr. Hughes holds a master’s degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Analytics and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.
