Jorge Nogueras

Jorge Nogueras, MBA, is an experienced finance and real estate professional currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Merchants Capital since December 2024. Previously, Jorge held roles as an Asset Manager at Arbor Realty Trust, where responsibilities included financial analysis of properties and coordination of new loan activities, and as an Associate at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, managing extensive pipelines of mortgage loans. Jorge earned an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas State University.
