Wilson Pahud

Mr. Pahud serves as Vice President and has been with the company since 2017. He is responsible for facilitating the sale of GNMA project loans and FNMA affordable loans originated by MCC, as well as, the sale of SBA 7a guaranteed loans for Merchants Bank of Indiana. During his time at MCC, he has placed over $5 Billion in GNMA securities. In addition to capital markets functions, he has been involved in corporate finance initiatives at the bank level including past preferred equity raises and M&A activity, and is actively involved in managing the multifamily warehouse business line.
