Tracy Matthews

Tracy Matthews has held various sales and business development positions in the logistics industry for over 20 years. Tracy currently serves as the Manager of 3PL Business Development and Sales at Merchants Distributors, LLC, focusing on identifying and securing new contracts. Prior to this role, Tracy held positions such as Director of New Business Development at Schneider and Director of Business Development at Matson Logistics Inc. Tracy also has experience in sales management as Vice President Corporate Sales at Nordic Cold Storage and VP of Corporate Accounts at AmeriCold Logistics. Tracy started their career in field sales at Yellow Roadway Corporation and holds a BS in Technical Sales from Weber State University.
