Heather Fernandes

Heather Fernandes, MBA, CSM, CSPO, is an accomplished project management leader with extensive experience in Agile, Lean, and Software Program Management. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management in the Technology PMO at Merchants Fleet, Heather has successfully driven the enterprise-wide transition from Waterfall to Agile SDLC and is dedicated to team growth and development. Previous roles include Strategic Project Manager and Fleet Business Analyst, where Heather led multi-year projects, developed business requirements, and forged collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Earlier career experiences at Jetboil and Verizon Wireless honed skills in process improvement, customer relations, and solution selling. Heather holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College.
