Rick Callahan - Pmp

Rick Callahan is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Technology Delivery at Merchants Fleet since May 2015, Rick has successfully transformed the PMO into a fully functional Agile Team and is leading the organization’s shift from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Rick was an IT Senior Project Manager at The Cavan Group, overseeing complex IT initiatives encompassing facility relocations, data center migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. Early in their career at INSINC Corp, Rick held positions including Sr. Cabling System Design/Installer and Director of Purchasing. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
