Phyllis Drozdzak possesses extensive experience in insurance product development and underwriting, currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Merchants Insurance Group since January 2007. In this role, Phyllis directs research and analysis for new products and enhancements, overseeing segmentation, coverage needs, exposure analysis, and system design. Previously, Phyllis held various positions at NOVA Casualty Company from March 1992 to January 2007, ultimately serving as the Director of Commercial Underwriting. Responsibilities included managing a branch office with significant premium allocation, developing underwriting guidelines, and maintaining a profitable book of business.
