Grant Walker

Grant Walker has a extensive work experience in the banking industry. Grant currently works as the Pine Belt Market President at Merchants & Marine Bank. Previously, they held the position of President - Hattiesburg Market at BancorpSouth, where they were responsible for market management and oversaw commercial and consumer lending activities. Prior to that, Grant worked at Trustmark Bank, where they held various roles including Senior Lender/Senior Vice President and Loan Officer/Vice President. During their time at Trustmark Bank, they coordinated lending efforts, developed portfolios, and supervised commercial lenders. Grant Walker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Business Administration with a Finance Emphasis from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Grant then obtained a Graduate Degree in Bank Management and Lending from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University between 1991 and 1993. In 2006, Grant obtained another Graduate Degree in Advanced Commercial Lending and Real Estate Lending from The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending at Vanderbilt.
