Oscar Garcia

Oscar Garcia has extensive experience in plant management and operations, currently serving as Plant Manager at Merchants Metals since June 2005. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Hirata Corporation of America from October 2003 to June 2005 and Vice President of Operations at Mitsubishi Electric Display Devices Mexico from June 1998 to August 2003. Oscar's career began in project management at EEMSA - Rockwell Collins, where employment lasted from January 1991 to June 1998. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, completed in 1991.
