Candice Viljoen is a skilled Business Unit Training Facilitator with over a decade of experience in training and customer service roles. Since February 2012, Candice has been with Merchants, focusing on training and development. Prior to this, experience at iiNet included roles as Training Facilitator, Training Associate, and Senior Customer Service Representative, where Candice coached new staff, upskilled existing personnel, and resolved technical issues. Candice began professional journey as a Customer Service Consultant at Stream Global Services, managing customer accounts and ensuring high-quality service for a leading UK telecommunications provider.
