Lerrina Pungavanam is an experienced professional who has held various managerial roles in the field of training and development. Currently working at Merchants as the Operations Training & Development Manager, Lerrina ensures all training requirements are met within the business units and collaborates with various teams to close competence gaps. Prior to this, Lerrina served as the Regional Training Manager at Production Management Institute where Lerrina directed resources and activities of the region. With a background in Operations Management at Quest Staffing Solutions and PMI, Lerrina has a proven track record of achieving growth, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance to internal controls.
