Wilna Peckham

Wilna Peckham currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Teleperformance since May 2024. Wilna has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Merchants since August 2014 and as an HR Manager at LONGAIN 1 INVESTMENTS from August 2002 to August 2014, where responsibilities included managing HR for a 3000-seater center. Wilna earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree from the University of South Africa between 2002 and 2012.
