Jonathon Karis

Jonathon Karis has a diverse work experience history. Jonathon started working at Atlas Staffing, Inc. as a Superbowl Experience Volunteer in February 2018. After that, they joined the University of Minnesota-Morris as an Intramural Assistant in August 2015. In this role, they oversaw operations for all intramural sports and activities and managed team rosters and scheduling. Jonathon continued their work at the University as an Athletic Office Assistant from August 2018 to December 2018, where they assisted the interim Athletic Director and various head coaches with daily tasks and supported gameday operations for home sporting events.

Karis also worked at Morris Area High School as a Basketball Coordinator from December 2018 to February 2019. Jonathon'sresponsibilities included leading the direction of the Morris Area Community Education Men's Basketball League, organizing the MACE Little Shooters basketball program, documenting weekly results and attendance, and managing league budgets.

In June 2019, Karis joined Merchology as a Merchologist. Jonathon quickly responded to customer quotes, questions, and order requests, demonstrated knowledge of company brand partners and internal processes, and documented customer needs for future sales knowledge. Jonathon then progressed to the role of Account Executive in December 2019. In this position, they maintained and grew relationships with Fortune 500 accounts, focused on year-over-year growth with the company's largest customers, and proactively reached out to top customers to drive sales and find new contacts. Jonathon is currently working as a Key Account Manager at Merchology, starting in March 2022, with ongoing responsibilities that have not specified an end date.

Jonathon Karis attended the University of Minnesota-Morris from 2014 to 2018. Jonathon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management during this time. Jonathon also pursued a minor in Psychology, which they completed in 2018.
