Currently serving as Directrice générale for Hertz France since March 2022 and as Administrateur Indépendant at Mercialys, Pascale previously held positions including DG Tourisme at ATREAM and Présidente at the Syndicat National des Résidences de Tourisme et apparthôtels. With a notable track record as CEO of Pierre & Vacances Tourisme and DG France for B&B hôtels, Pascale has successfully reinforced brand positioning, developed new hotel capacities, and implemented customer satisfaction strategies across numerous businesses. Pascale's career also includes significant roles at Accor Hotels, Numericable, and Air France, complemented by an educational background from ESSEC Business School and relevant certifications.
