Xin Dong

Xin Dong is an experienced professional in clinical research and physical therapy, currently serving as an Associate Clinical Research Manager and Clinical Operations Manager at Merck Canada since April 2022. Responsibilities include executing and overseeing clinical trial submissions and approvals in Oncology and General Medicine, as well as developing local language materials. Additionally, Xin serves as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for The PMCQ. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Clinical Research Coordinator/Disease Lead at The Neuro, where oversight of the neuromuscular disease team was provided, and engagement in various clinical trials. Xin also worked as a physiotherapist and personal trainer throughout previous years, leveraging a strong educational background with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University.
