Anuprita Bhattacharya

Anuprita Bhattacharya serves as the Head of the Merck IT Center (MITC) and IT Country Head for India at Merck Group, demonstrating a strong leadership role in IT management. Previous positions include Lead Human Resource Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at the same organization, as well as Human Resource Business Partner at Beckman Coulter. Anuprita has extensive experience in human resources at General Motors, holding titles such as HR Manager, Deputy Manager-HR, and Assistant Manager HR. Anuprita holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR from IBS Bangalore and recently completed a GMMP in Business Strategy and Growth from INSEAD in November 2023.
