Emre Ozcan

Emre Ozcan, PhD, is an accomplished leader in digital health and healthcare operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Digital Health & Devices at Merck Group since March 2017. Emre drives the development and execution of digital health services that integrate with pharmaceutical offerings, overseeing a global team focused on strategy, transformation, and operational excellence. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, where Emre specialized in biopharma, medtech, and global health. Emre holds a PhD in Political Science and Government from the University of Oxford, as well as degrees from Princeton University, Yale University, and Robert College.
