Eray Engin

Eray Engin is a seasoned professional specializing in planning and scheduling, currently serving as the Global Lead for Planning & Scheduling at Merck Group since March 2025. Prior to this role, Engin was the Planning and Scheduling Operations Leader for ATF Projects at Exyte, where responsibilities included developing planning procedures and implementing Lean principles across projects.
