Gemma Rafols-Llach

Gemma Rafols-Llach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global HR solutions and business analysis, currently serving as the Global Head of E2E Solutions, Experience and Effectiveness at Merck Group since December 2021. In this role, Gemma leads a team focused on implementing strategic HR solutions to enhance the employee experience for over 60,000 individuals. Prior to Merck, Gemma held significant roles at Franklin Templeton for over two decades, including Director of Global Sales Enablement, where Gemma managed a global team and drove technology projects across multiple countries. Additional experiences include positions in project management at Franklin Templeton, financial advisory support at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and account management in advertising. Gemma holds a degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona.
