Hermien Ratcliffe

Hermien Ratcliffe is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of CoE, Key Capabilities and Agile Transformation expert at Merck Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Hermien held multiple leadership positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk from December 2015 to September 2022, including Lead Programme Manager and Global Head of Digital Delivery.
