Johannes Toenges has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Johannes began their career as an intern at Dr. Ferschen und Partner in 2006 and later interned at EY in 2009 and HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt in 2010. Johannes then joined Evonik in 2011, where they held positions as an Auditor, Project Manager, and Product Line Controller. In 2016, Toenges served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Medpalett AS, a subsidiary of Evonik. Johannes joined Syntropy in 2019 as part of their Finance & Operations team. At Merck Gruppe, Toenges held roles as Associate Director of Group Controlling, Director of Transformation Projects, and Project Lead/Product Owner for a cost management initiative. Throughout their career, they have been involved in strategic initiatives, transformation projects, ERP implementation, operational modeling, and project management.

Johannes Toenges has a diverse education history that spans over a decade. In 2005, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Mannheim, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. After completing their undergraduate studies, Johannes continued their professional development by obtaining additional certifications.
