Kazuhiko Nagata

Kazuhiko Nagata has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Commercial Excellence and Head of Customer Engagement & People Excellence at Merck Group since August 2019. Concurrently, Kazuhiko Nagata holds the position of Chair of the Messaging & Communications Committee at the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations since April 2020. Previously, Kazuhiko Nagata worked at Sanofi from April 2002 to July 2019, where various roles included Head of Commercial Excellence and Trade Effectiveness, Senior Manager for the Diabetes & Cardiovascular Business Unit, and multiple leadership positions focused on sales force effectiveness and marketing. Kazuhiko Nagata earned a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Osaka University, graduating in 2002.
