Janice Watch

Janice Watch has extensive work experience in the life science and pharmaceutical industry. Janice founded Apsara Life Science Consulting, LLC in 2017, where they offered strategic insight and tailored engagements in areas such as investment, business development, and commercialization strategy. Janice also worked as a Senior Director at Sarepta Therapeutics, leading market opportunity assessment initiatives and supporting new market expansions. Prior to that, they served as a Divisional Principal at ICON plc, where they led the development of teams and processes in the Pricing and Market Access division. Additionally, Janice worked at PriceSpective LLC as a Director, managing and leading projects focused on P&MA strategy. Janice started their career as a Consultant at Integral Molecular, conducting market analysis and due diligence for drug targets. Currently, Janice is the Gene Therapy Team Lead for Early Evidence Strategy at UCB.

Janice Watch earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Kalamazoo College in 2004. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Pharmacology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine from 2004 to 2007.
