Khadija Ben Hammada

Khadija Ben Hammada possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Merck Group since January 2010. Khadija has held multiple senior roles within the organization, including EVP Global Head of Talent Development and Recruiting, Chief of Staff & Head of CEO Office - Merck Healthcare and Merck Group, Head of HR Business Partners APAC, Global Head of Talent Consultancy, Talent Consultant Chemicals, Team Lead-HR Sourcing and Recruiting, and European Recruitment Specialist. Prior to Merck, Khadija worked as an HR Consultant at Michael Page and as a Human Resources Consultant at Big Fish International from 2004 to 2008. Khadija holds a Master's degree from the Business School of Strasbourg, obtained in 2005.
