Leobaldo Solorzano

Leobaldo Solorzano is a highly experienced scientist, currently working at Merck Group since December 2018, where responsibilities include the development, validation, and transfer of LC assays for various vaccine candidates. Previous positions include Senior Scientist at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, overseeing a team of five, and roles at Eurofins Central Laboratory and Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Leobaldo's academic background includes a PhD and Master's degree in Biochemistry from the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Investigations and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Havana, complemented by early research experience at the National Cancer Institute and other esteemed institutions.
