Luisa Zoque

Luisa Zoque is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Quality Management Systems and Compliance Associate Director at Merck Group since August 2015. In this role, Luisa manages key product quality topics throughout the life cycle of biotechnology medicines, supporting manufacturing sites and subsidiaries in addressing product quality risks. Prior positions at Merck Group include Site Regulatory Compliance Manager and Global Product Quality Lifecycle Manager, with responsibilities in quality assurance and process validation. Luisa also has extensive experience from Novartis Pharma Produktions GmbH, where roles included Process Expert, Project Manager, and Production Team Leader, overseeing manufacturing processes, project management, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Luisa holds an MBA in International Management from TU Bergakademie Freiberg and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
