Samridhi Garg

Samridhi Garg, Ph.D., is an Operation Engineer in the Operations Leadership Development Program at Merck Group since September 2025. Previously, Samridhi was a PhD Candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from August 2019 to August 2025, focusing on the biophysical and biochemical aspects of cell division proteins. Relevant experience includes roles as an IP and Licensing Intern at WiSys and as President of WiSolve Consulting Group, where Samridhi led communication with C-level clients and managed a team of consultants. Other positions include Director of Professional Development at WiSolve and Graduate Research Assistant at Keck School of Medicine, contributing to significant research projects. Samridhi holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed various educational programs, including a Professional Certificate in Strategic Innovation from the Wisconsin School of Business.
