Sébastien Hugues

Sébastien Hugues is a skilled professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and transformation programs. Currently serving as the Director of the Transformation Program at Merck Group since March 2019, Sébastien leads initiatives focused on cost efficiency, quality improvement, and carbon footprint reduction. Prior to Merck, Sébastien held multiple roles at Danone from February 2006 to February 2019, including Head of Planning for the DACH region and Senior Supply Chain Manager, where responsibilities encompassed demand and supply planning, strategic collaboration, and crisis management. Sébastien's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon, completed in 2006.
