Suzana Habe van Neer

Suzana Habe van Neer serves as the Head of Legal, Compliance and Data Privacy for the Benelux region at Merck Group since August 2016, also holding roles as Compliance Officer for both Benelux and Global Functions, and as a Compliance Subject Matter Expert on Digital Topics. Additionally, Suzana is a Compliance Officer at pharma.be and a member of the National Ethics Group. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Compliance Manager EMEA at Zimmer Biomet and Biomet Europe B.V., and Interim Legal Counsel at Mitsui Rail Capital Europe B.V. Education includes an LL.M. in European Master in Law and Economics from both Erasmus University Rotterdam and University of Hamburg, as well as a law degree from the University of Ljubljana.
