Tatiana Leal

Tatiana Leal has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations for Latin America at Merck Group since April 2003. In various roles at Merck, including Sales Manager for Biotech and Classical Pharma Segments, Sales Manager for Cosmetics, High & Nutrition Segments, and Application Specialist, Tatiana has developed expertise in managing sales teams, project management, branding, and account management. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Analyst and Internal Sales Assistant at Merck, as well as a Chemical Analyst at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an intern at Solvay. Tatiana holds a post-graduate degree in Strategic Sales Management and a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
