Vasco Berckmoes

Vasco Berckmoes is currently an Associate in the GOglobal Graduate Program at Merck Group, starting in March 2024, specializing in inhouse consulting. Previously, Vasco worked as a Deep Tech & Innovation Consultant at Hello Tomorrow from April 2022 to March 2024, focusing on cross-sector consultancy in medical and industrial biotechnology. Before that, Vasco served as a Junior Business Consultant at Bioprex Medical, contributing to projects involving antimicrobial coatings for biomedical implants. Initial experience includes a research internship at InBio.be, engineering yeast strains for enhanced production. Vasco holds an Advanced Master in Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Master of Science in Bioscience Engineering from Ghent University, among other academic accomplishments in biotechnology and related fields.
