Adi Ganguli

Adi Ganguli, PMP, is a seasoned project manager and business analyst with extensive experience in IT project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Merck since January 2009. Responsibilities include implementing Salesforce.com/Veeva CRM and overseeing a diverse portfolio of IT projects with an annual budget of approximately $10 million. Adi has acted as the key account manager for the Regulatory & Submission department within Merck Research IT, ensuring adherence to project portfolio management methodologies. Previous experience includes coordinating the implementation of Microsoft Project Server for over 500 employees at Merck and working as a Business Analyst at Langstane Housing Association, where database systems and project tracking techniques were developed. Adi holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology.
