Allena Pierce

Allena Pierce, MBA, has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Learning Service Experience at Merck since March 2017. Previously, Allena held roles such as Global Learning and Development Consultant and Learning and Development Specialist at Merck. Prior to that, Allena worked at Cummins Inc. from August 2011 to February 2017 as Training and TBWS Manager and Training Coordinator. Allena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
