Benjamin Sink, MBA, PMP, is currently the Associate Director of Engineering for Tech Transfer at Merck, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Honeywell Aerospace as a Design Engineer from 2011 to 2017 and served as a Senior Project Engineer at Honeywell from 2017 to 2021. Benjamin began their career as a Technician at Piedmont Propulsion Systems in 2010. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2010 and are pursuing an MBA at East Carolina University, set to complete in 2024, along with a Project Management Certificate obtained in 2022.
