Caroline McGregor is currently the Vice President of Analytical Research & Development at Merck, where they lead a team focused on enhancing the understanding of processes and products across the company's portfolio. With extensive experience in both basic pharmaceutical sciences and analytical development, they previously served as an Associate Director and held various leadership roles, overseeing teams and managing projects related to drug formulation and development.
