Emma Richter

Emma Richter serves as the Associate Vice President of IT Strategy Realization at Merck since July 2021, focusing on digital transformation through IT strategy and execution on a global scale. Prior to this role, Emma held positions at EY-Parthenon and EY, culminating in senior director and strategic leadership roles. Emma's career began at Westpac, where a series of progressively responsible positions in bid management and corporate business management was held. Emma holds an M.B.A. from Melbourne Business School and a dual degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
