Jen Hanrahan

Jen Hanrahan has extensive experience with Merck, holding various leadership and HR roles since 1988. Currently, as the Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) Leader, Jen focuses on recruiting diverse talent and establishing a competency framework for manufacturing capabilities. Previous positions include HR Business Partner roles for the Legal, Security, Safety & Environment groups, and the Manufacturing Division, where Jen supported areas such as talent management and performance management. Additional roles include Employee Relations Specialist and front-line HR Customer Support, providing executive services and training to HR contact center analysts. Jen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2011.
