Jenna Leschek possesses extensive experience in analytical research and development, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Analytical Enabling Capabilities at Merck since June 2004. In this role, Jenna leads the organization responsible for providing specialized analytical expertise and advancing key analytical technologies essential for understanding Merck's molecules and products. Previously, Jenna held various leadership positions including Executive Director of Materials & Biophysical Characterization, where strategic direction was provided for methodologies and platforms supporting small and large molecule portfolios. Jenna’s career also includes roles as a Director, Principal Scientist, and Research Chemist, among others, at Merck, as well as experience as a Laboratory Technician at QTI early in the career. Jenna holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Rutgers University and a BA in Chemistry from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
