Jose Francisco Pagan

Jose Francisco Pagan is an experienced professional in digital manufacturing operations, currently serving as the Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) Site Lead at Merck since August 2003. With a strong background in managing IT and OT critical systems, Pagan has played key roles including DMO Digital Foundations Lead at a major vaccine manufacturing campus and Automation Lead in the Engineering/Tech Ops team. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Automation Engineer and Network Analyst, focusing on infrastructure operations and support for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Before joining Merck, Pagan was the Academic Network Director at Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, overseeing IT operations for the institution. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Networks.
