Joyce Andes is an Associate Director and Lead Global Study Manager with over 20 years of clinical research experience, currently focused on the Lung Oncology therapeutic area at Merck. Joyce is responsible for the operational planning and execution of clinical protocols, leading teams in study planning, development, and execution. Joyce collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve clinical study objectives and manages trial-specific partners and vendors. Additionally, Joyce is dedicated to building the capabilities of junior team members through coaching and mentoring. Prior to joining Merck, Joyce held the position of Senior Clinical Manager at ExecuPharm.
